Why Elite

What this plan is for

Elite is the high-volume group. It opens from USD 10,000 with raw pricing on FX and gold and the lowest commission BARS 8 charges, USD 5 per standard lot round turn. It also carries the lowest leverage in the range at 1:100 and the earliest stop out at 80%.

Volume

At about USD 5 a lot against USD 8 on ECN, the USD 5,000 larger deposit is repaid over roughly 1,700 lots. The group only makes sense at size.

The cheapest gold

Raw pricing plus USD 5, against about USD 130 a lot on Pro and USD 250 on Basic.

The same on every instrument

USD 5 per lot applies to indices, crypto and shares as well as FX and gold, where the lower groups are charged USD 15 to USD 20.

The trade-off worth knowing

Elite in plain terms

Elite is the most conservative account in the range, not the most permissive. Leverage is 1:100 — a tenth of Basic — so a position needs ten times the margin. The stop out is 80%, the earliest of any group: positions are closed while four fifths of the required margin is still in the account, which caps a loss sooner and also gives a move far less room to come back. On FX the saving over ECN is about USD 3 a lot, so the case for the extra USD 5,000 is volume, not price.
