BARS 8 PAMM service

One strategy, proportionate allocation

The PAMM service brings approved strategy managers and eligible investors together under a defined allocation method. Review the manager, offering terms, risk profile and fees before committing capital.

Availability. PAMM availability and manager status are subject to jurisdiction, due diligence, account approval and the published service terms.

Structured account administration

Information for investors and managers

Transparent reporting

View available performance, allocation, fee, trade and account data through the portal. Reporting can be delayed and remains subject to reconciliation.

Risk parameters

Each offering states its available loss limits, investment range, dealing cycle and other controls. These controls cannot remove market risk.

Allocation engine

Trading results and eligible fees are calculated under the approved proportional allocation method and reflected in participating investor accounts.

Dealing schedule

Subscriptions and redemptions are handled on the dealing timetable stated in the offering. Requests may be delayed by open positions, liquidity, verification or exceptional market conditions.

Manager due diligence

Applicants complete identity, experience and suitability checks. Approval confirms access to the service and does not endorse future performance.

Multi-strategy access

Eligible investors may allocate to more than one manager. Strategies can hold correlated positions, so manager count alone does not establish diversification.

Four stages

Understand the full allocation cycle

  1. 01

    Compare managers

Compare approved manager profiles, including available performance, drawdown, trading approach, fees and dealing terms.

  2. 02

    Allocate

Choose an eligible strategy and submit an allocation of at least [PAMM MINIMUM ALLOCATION AND CURRENCY], subject to the investor agreement.

  3. 03

    The manager trades

The manager trades the master strategy. Eligible gains, losses and charges are allocated to participating accounts under the published method.

  4. 04

    Monitor and redeem

Monitor performance and submit an additional allocation or redemption request in line with the dealing schedule and any open-position rules.

For investors

Evaluate the manager and the mandate

  • View available strategy history and risk statistics.

  • Review the instruments, leverage limits and trading style stated by the manager.

  • See the performance fee, high-water-mark method and any other charges before allocating.

  • Monitor allocation value, drawdown and manager activity in the portal.

  • Request a redemption under the disclosed notice and dealing rules.

  • Allocate among eligible managers while monitoring overlapping exposure.

Please note

PAMM participation involves discretionary trading by a third-party manager. Losses are allocated to investors and may be rapid. Manager verification, rankings and past performance do not protect capital or assure a return.

For strategy managers

Operate within a documented mandate

  • Apply with evidence of identity, experience, strategy and risk controls.

  • Publish accurate and current information about the strategy.

  • Trade within the approved instruments, leverage and exposure limits.

  • Receive the disclosed performance fee when the calculation conditions are met.

  • Monitor master-account equity and investor concentration.

  • Follow advertising, conduct, reporting and conflict-management requirements.

Please note

Manager approval, profile publication and fee eligibility remain at the discretion of BARS 8 under the manager agreement and applicable law.
